Atlantic Coast Fibers is proud to announce their new joint venture with Allan and Larry Zozzaro of Zozzaro Bros. Recycling LLC.  The new partnership, known as Zozzaro  Atlantic Coast Processing LLC., will be recycling and processing comingled and single-stream materials. Both Zozzaro Bros. Recycling and Atlantic Coast Fibers are longtime veterans of the recycling industry with generations of experience. The new company has drawn upon the talent and experience of all members to create an ultra high volume, state of the art materials processing system located within the 100,000 sq. ft. Atlantic Coast Fibers complex in Passaic. The facility has undergone a significant expansion and remodeling project to accommodate all the new venture’s requirements and to compliment the ever growing fiber business of Atlantic Coast Fibers. Zozzaro Atlantic Coast Processing offices will be headquartered on site at 101 7th street, Passaic, NJ 07055. The system was engineered and designed by The Karl Schmidt Company of Commerce City, Co. in conjunction with Recycling Equipment Systems of New York, NY. The system utilizes the most modern technology in the recycling industry and incorporates as much automation as is technically possible. The equipment is able to process thousands of tons monthly yielding exceptionally high quality recyclables ready for both domestic and foreign consumption.  Zozzaro Atlantic Coast will process 100% of all comingled materials received by Atlantic Coast Fibers through their municipal recycling programs and contractual agreements throughout New Jersey.  In addition the company has agreements to accept bulk shipments of similar materials from various markets within the Northeast.
